Who We Are

For over three decades, Fino Lino has lived in the heart of Kitsilano, bringing beauty and comfort to Vancouver with a focus on exquisite Italian linens for the home, high-performance Canadian down and elegant accessories.

Fino Lino was founded by Lauren and Bill Persson in 1990, with a vision of establishing an independent Canadian business that would allow full creative expression. Starting in a small store on 4th avenue in Vancouver, it soon flourished and moved to its current location on Arbutus Street, where our spacious showroom is designed in a series of vignettes that inspire and enchant the eye.

Gaelle Hobbs joined the team in 2004 with a background in textiles and retail, eventually taking the helm in 2022 when Lauren and Bill retired. The Fino Lino team continues to honour their legacy, dedicated to providing a welcoming environment in which creativity and kindness are abundant.

We pay particular attention to our sourcing, selecting lines and products from companies that we feel have both ethical business practices and a commitment to outstanding quality. Ongoing training and testing enables our team to have in-depth product knowledge to find the best match for all our varied clients needs.

Our team specializes in creating unique bedding ensembles to suit any décor and are able to provide custom sizes, embroidery and other tailored solutions.
